What services do you offer?

House washing, roof washing, driveway and sidewalk cleaning, patio and pool deck cleaning, soft washing for delicate surfaces, and commercial pressure washing. We install permanent lighting year round, and temporary Christmas lights in the fall and winter.

What is soft washing?

Soft washing is a low pressure way to clean delicate surfaces like stucco, vinyl siding and painted surfaces. It gets them clean without the damage high pressure can cause.

Do you clean roofs?

Yes. Roofs get a soft wash to take off the black streaks and growth, not a high pressure blast.

Are you insured?

Yes. Trojan Pressure Wash is insured.

When is washing season?

Washing runs from spring through October. Once lighting season is going, the wash trailer gets winterized until spring, so book early in the year for a spring wash.
